These Terms govern the use of the website and its features.

Purchases are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the website. In the event of any conflict relating to an order, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail over these Terms of Use.

The use of a technical service provider or third-party service does not reduce SYNMATERIA’s legal obligations towards its customers. The respective responsibilities of such service providers remain subject to applicable law.
