SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on product availability and operational logistics.

Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.


2. Made to Order and Custom Pieces

Certain products may be offered on a made to order or custom basis.

Production timelines for made to order or custom items typically range between four 4 to six 6 weeks, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on complexity, material sourcing, atelier scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

Made to order and custom pieces are produced specifically for the customer and are considered final sale.

Such items are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once production has begun.

Customers acknowledge and accept the extended production timeframe when placing an order for made to order or custom items.


3. Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different international locations depending on inventory availability and operational needs.

These locations may include, but are not limited to, Morocco, France, or the United States.


4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• International transit

• Customs processing

• Carrier delays

• Local postal services

• Force majeure events


5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the shipping carrier.


6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not control and are not responsible for customs policies or import regulations in the destination country.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, shipping fees are non refundable.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer for reasons other than verified damage, the original shipping costs and any return fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
