REFUND POLICY

1. Final Sale Items
All archive pieces are final sale.
Archive items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Return Eligibility
For eligible in stock items only, return requests must be submitted within seven 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must:
• Be unworn
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, perfume, odor, stains, alterations, or damage
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
3. Event and Occasion Use
Items showing any signs of wear related to events, styling, photography, public appearances, social media content creation, or special occasions will not be accepted for return.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether an item shows signs of use.
4. Return Process

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping, customs duties, and associated fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
5. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the purchase price may apply to approved returns.
The exact amount will be determined after inspection.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards, the return may be refused or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers suspected of abusive return behavior.
Repeated return activity may result in account restrictions or refusal of future purchases.
